Interested to become one of Codelab Academy's Teaching Fellows? You've come to the right place. If you're a dynamic individual, able to lead, motivate and have excellent communication skill, we want you! If you think you're creative and can offer great content for our lessons, we want you even more! You don't have to be a rocket scientist, a Degree holder with Dean's list - we're pretty ok if you're still studying whatever it is you're studying.
As a Teaching Fellow, your role is to be involved in the learning process of Codelab Academy's students. Most of our modules are student-centered, meaning the students themselves are responsible for their learning in each and every session. A Teaching Fellow is there to help guide, offer alternatives and challenge the student's learning process. Basically:
- To guide and assist students towards achieving the objective of the current lesson
- To become the point of reference if they students encounter any problems or blocks
- To motivate and moderate teamwork and communications among the student
- To offer alternatives, challenge and ask questions about the learning process among the students
